Carey Services’ President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Allbaugh became the board chair of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities on April 1.

INARF is the principal membership organization in Indiana representing providers of services to people with disabilities. INARF members serve more than 40,000 Indiana citizens a year and employ more than 25,000 workers. For over 40 years, INARF has maintained positive work relationships with governmental agencies responsible for human service programs, promoted networking and professional development opportunities for members, and provided leadership and support in the promotion of quality programs for persons with disabilities.
“I am excited and honored to serve in such an awesome industry,” Allbaugh said. “As with most industries, there are many challenges and opportunities on the horizon. I look forward, along with INARF’s board, staff, and stakeholders, to leading the governing efforts to strengthen the industry for years to come.”
Allbaugh’s term as chairperson will be two years. He previously had been the board vice chair and chair of the organization’s governmental affairs committee.
