Their purpose is to network\, educate\, inform\, and keep abreast of the many changes in the health care industry to improve the quality of services for residents in our community. They learn about new products and services that may be helpful to their clients as they age and events that are happening for seniors and their families. \n\n \n\nThe third annual Links for Life will be held this year at Sunnycrest Baptist Church on Thursday\, April 9\, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. All proceeds will be directed to Faith In Action. Faith In Action is a non-profit group of churches and their volunteers that partner with those that have financial burdens to make necessary repairs to their home or donate labor that helps make it possible for them to live in their homes safely. They operate completely from donations. \n\n \n\nThis is a free all day event for the attendees which includes vendor booths\, entertainment\, chair exercises\, Brain Games\, Wii Bowling\, door prizes and more. The Educational Panel this year includes: Family Service Society\, NuStart\, United Way and Bridges to Health. Strengthening and Balance exercises will be presented by Staff from the YMCA.
