DESCRIPTION:Managing outcomes needs to be integral to a nonprofit in order for its mission and for the nonprofit itself to be sustainable. She served as Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Miller College of Business.  Janice is currently a consultant working in the areas of board governance\, strategic planning and outcomes.
