Day of Aliveness - Group Coaching Event presented by Lark's Song Inc.
The 2nd annual Lark’s Song Day of Aliveness serves to educate and equip Grant County with the knowledge and skills needed to live lives marked by holistic wellness. Research shows that people whose lives are marked by holistic well-being are able to meet some of the world's most complex needs through resourceful and creative problem-solving. This is what the Day of Aliveness is all about.
The Gallup Organization highlights five indicators of well-being – physical, community, social, financial, and physical. We will empower participants to greater levels of well-being in each of these areas throughout the day by offering six distinct group coaching workshops. Each workshop will be led by two incredible Lark's Song Certified Coaches. After the group coaching is complete, we will end the day with by celebrating the choosing of aliveness that has happened in the workshops with a collaborative benefit concert featuring local poets, artists, and musicians. All donations and proceeds will go directly to Lark's Song Inc.
