Indiana Wesleyan University holds 21st annual Spotted Cow Festival
Indiana Wesleyan University’s Student Activities Council will hold the 21st annual Spotted Cow Festival, an outdoor music festival, on Saturday, April 13. The festival will take place on the lawn outside of the Chapel Auditorium and feature live music from various bands as well as food trucks, puppy playtime, craft vendors and more.
This year’s Spotted Cow Festival will showcase a variety of music genres, such as indie, indie-rock and alternative. The band lineup includes the following:
- Motherfolk (Cincinnati, OH)
- Turnaround (Redkey, IN)
- LOVR. (Nashville, TN)
- Zach Vinson (Nashville, TN)
- Brothergene (Fort Wayne, IN)
- Stained Glass City (Marion, IN)
- Brady Bouldin (Marion, IN)
- Incas (Marion, IN)
Spotted Cow was started in 1998 by former students Dave Mason and Tom Adamson for the purpose of showcasing the bands on campus and in the Marion area. The name “Spotted Cow” came from a desire to simply find a name that was goofy and fun.
