When AI Gets it Wrong: Correcting Your Business's Digital Footprint

Is What AI Says About Your Organization Correct?
AI tools increasingly summarize businesses, answer questions about services, make recommendations, and pull together information from across the web. But those answers can be outdated, incomplete, or simply wrong.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to identify what AI is getting wrong about your business and take practical steps to improve the information it has to work with. We’ll look at AI-generated summaries and prompt responses, explore where those answers may be coming from, and walk through ways to strengthen and correct your digital presence.
Bring a laptop and be ready to search your own business or organization so you can identify specific steps to implement what you learn.
This Workshop Will Cover:
- What AI is saying about your organization
- Identifying what needs corrected
- Determining where AI is getting bad information
- Correcting (or deleting) that information
You’ll leave with a clearer picture of how AI currently understands your business, a list of inaccuracies or gaps to address, and practical next steps for making your digital presence more accurate, consistent, and AI-friendly.
Workshop registration includes a custom action plan and an invitation to a follow up work-session where our team can help you implement that plan!
