The City of Marion is seeking an energetic, self-starting individual for a full-time Administrative Assistant position.
Job Responsibilities: Under general direction, performs office duties, types correspondence, reports, records, and maintains filing system; maintains payroll and benefits records; responds to complaints; demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications: Completion of secondary education or equivalent; training or experience in typing, computers, bookkeeping, and office procedures. Possess a valid driver’s license.
