Indiana Michigan Power Releases New Bill Support Center
I&M has launched a new Bill Support Center designed to give customers clearer, easier access to information about their electric bills, rate options, and available programs to help manage energy costs.
The Bill Support Center is a one‑stop shop for residential customers across our service territory. It brings together tools and resources to answer common questions such as what’s included in their bill, whether rates have changed and why, and what options are available if a bill is higher than expected.
Customers can dig deeper into their bills through two new features:
- Rate Finder is a digital tool that helps customers identify the rate option that best fits their energy usage and lifestyle in just minutes.
- A Quarterly Rate Snapshot provides customers with updated information on their current rate, whether it has increased or decreased over the past quarter, and what factors caused any changes.
Customers can also learn about:
- available payment assistance programs
- compare rate options based on usage and budget
- explore opportunities to earn bill credits by saving energy or participating in energy‑efficiency rebate programs
- online billing, AutoPay and paperless billing options
- Friends & Family Direct Program, which allows individuals to make direct bill payments for someone else
For customers who want additional, one‑on‑one support, the Bill Support Center also offers the option to schedule a virtual appointment with a local I&M Customer Service Representative or submit questions to the I&M CS Team by email.
