CSA Civic Theatre Announces “Love at First Act,”
It's First-Ever Interactive Season Reveal Fundraiser

Marion, Indiana — CSA Civic Theatre invites the community to fall in love with theatre at Love at First Act, a one-of-a-kind Valentine’s event that combines matchmaking fun with the exciting reveal of the upcoming CSA Civic Theatre season. This marks the first event of its kind at CSA Civic Theatre and serves as a special fundraising event supporting future productions and programming.

Love at First Act will take place on February 14 from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. at the James Dean Memorial Theatre, located inside the CSA Civic Theatre building. Designed as an interactive theatrical experience, the evening offers guests a playful and engaging way to discover what’s coming to the CSA Civic Theatre stage while supporting the arts in the community.

“Love at First Act is about celebrating the joy of theatre in a fresh and interactive way,” said CSA Executive Director, Shelly Inskeep. “This event gives our audience a chance to connect with our upcoming season before opening night while directly supporting the work we do on and off the stage. It’s fun, meaningful, and a wonderful way to bring our community together.”

Throughout the evening, guests will participate in a “Find Your Type” matchmaking quiz, enjoy speed dating rounds with the shows, and take part in an interactive matchmaking game that reveals each production in the upcoming season. Guests who earn the most correct matches for each show will win two free tickets to that production and have the honor of announcing the show title live for the audience.

Tickets are $25 and include a drink voucher, a discount ticket voucher for a future CSA Civic Theatre production, and full access to all activities throughout the evening.

• Concessions available for purchase

• A festive photo booth to capture the moment
