Radiant Health to Host Free ''Mental Health Matters'' Event for Youth and Families
[Marion, IN – 4/16/26] Radiant Health will host Mental Health Matters, presented by TJR Group, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Gardens of Matter Park. This is a free community event focused on supporting youth mental wellness and overall well-being.
Designed for youth of all ages and their families, the event will feature engaging, hands-on activities that help young people build emotional self-regulation, learn healthy coping strategies, and strengthen their overall well-being. This year’s theme, “Adventure Awaits,” encourages youth to think of caring for their mental health as an important journey, one that includes learning skills to navigate challenges and build resilience.
Throughout the evening, attendees can “travel” through a variety of activity stations that combine fun and learning. Activities will include interactive games, creative play, and hands-on crafts designed to spark joy, connection, and laughter.
Families attending the event will also enjoy free food and free event t-shirts for youth, while supplies last.
“Mental Health Matters is all about creating a welcoming space where youth and families can come together, have fun, and learn simple ways to support their mental wellness,” said Lauren Spahr, Community Relations Specialist from Radiant Health. “We want young people to leave with smiles on their faces and tools they can use every day.”
