Help Choose The 2026 Employer Seminar Topics

Northeast Indiana Works is the region’s nonprofit workforce development organization, connecting public and private resources to support education, training, and employment needs aligned with our regional industries.

Each year, we serve more than 17,000 individuals and over 600 employers across Economic Growth Region 3, which includes Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Grant, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley counties. We also oversee 11 WorkOne Northeast career centers, state and federally supported adult education programs, and two youth-focused career development initiatives. In addition, we fund and manage employer-driven training programs designed to strengthen incumbent workers and support community-wide career awareness and talent development efforts.
Our goal is to support employers with a wide range of workforce needs, including recruitment assistance and timely insights into emerging trends and challenges impacting today’s workplace.
